1. What deposit do I have to put down?

Your cash deposit will be 5% or a minimum of AED 3,000

2. How long are tenancy contracts for?

All tenancy contracts are for 1 year

3. Whose names will the tenancy contracts be in?

The tenancy contract will be in the Landlords name (as per the Title Deed) and your name

4. What identification do I need in order to rent a property?

You need a passport, UAE residency visa and an Emirates ID

5. What if my visa is under process?

We will need a stamped letter from your company, on headed paper confirming that you are employed by the company and that your Residency visa and Emirates ID are under process

6. How do I pay my rent?

Your rent will be paid on post dated cheques. Some landlords prefer 1 or 2 payments, others will accept 3 or 4 payments per year

7. When will I get the keys?

Once the contracts have been signed, utilities have been connected and your first rental payment has cleared, we will be pleased to give you the keys
