FAQ

1. How do I arrange a Power of Attorney document?

Our Power of Attorney division will prepare the POA document for you and email it to you together with instructions for legalisation. Getting the Power of Attorney document legalised is very straight forward and they will guide you through the process

2. How does a Power of Attorney document get legalised?

The process varies depending on your country of residence but ultimately the POA document has to be attested at the UAE Embassy

3. How long does it take to acquire the Title Deeds?

It depends on the Developer and how busy it is at the Dubai Land Department, but typically it can take anything from 2 to 6 months to get the Title Deed for your property, once the Handover has been completed

4. Can I still rent my property without the Title Deed?

Of course, this is no issue. We can use the relevant pages from the Sales & Purchase Agreement in order to show proof of ownership to complete the Ejari registration.
