1. What is the process for getting a POA document legalised overseas?

The legalisation process varies depending on which country you are located in. Ultimately your POA document will need to be attested at the UAE Embassy in the country where you are resident and then attested at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai. We will guide you through the process.

2. How do I get a POA document legalised if I am based in Dubai>

We will prepare the Power of Attorney document for you in English and have it translated into Arabic. We will then meet you at the Notary in Al Barsha where you will sign the POA document in front of a Notary.

3. Where is the Notary in Al Barsha?

The Notary is located in the Gold & Diamond Park, next to Mall of the Emirates. It is inside the RTA Traffic Building, which is a very modern looking glass building. It is very close to the First Gulf Bank metro station.
